We offer a range of therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic approaches such as guided meditation and grounding exercises. (You may also elect for a virtual sessions as well.)
How do I book a session?
Booking a session is easy! You can schedule an appointment through our website, by calling our customer service number, or via our mobile app.
What are your operating hours?
We operate 7 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Each therapist has rotating schedules to ensure availability.
How much does a session cost?
Our standard rate is $120 per session. We also offer holistic add-ons such as guided meditation or grounding exercises for an additional $35 per session.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently working on accepting insurance and will update our clients once this option becomes available. In the meantime, we accept all major credit cards and offer flexible payment plans.
Where do the therapy sessions take place?
Our sessions take place in our custom-designed mobile therapy vans at the location discussed and agreed upon during your intake session. The vans provide a comfortable, private, and safe environment for your therapy sessions.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes, you can choose your therapist based on availability. We have profiles of our therapists on our website, so you can select the one who best fits your needs.
What safety measures are in place in the mobile therapy vans?
Our vans are equipped with state-of-the-art safety features, and we follow strict sanitization protocols. Each van is cleaned thoroughly between sessions to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your therapy appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session will be an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and discuss your goals for therapy. You will work together to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all orders vary by location. Final cost will be generated upon checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our fulfillment center operates on Monday - Friday, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse may be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days via USPS.
P.O. Box Shipping
Goal Heights will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds and we are unable to accept product returns due to the unique nature of our business. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order information; including your name and order number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please remember that you will be able to access all DIGITAL DOWNLOADS including E-Workbook file(s) immediately after payment is confirmed. You will also receive a copy via email if one was provided during checkout.
Cancellation Policy:
At Goal Heights, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your therapy appointment. To ensure the efficient management of our schedule and to accommodate other clients in need, we have implemented the following policy:
Reschedule Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your therapy appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with compassion and understanding.
Late Arrivals: Please note that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened session to ensure that we can maintain our schedule for other clients. In such cases, the regular session fee will still apply.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs and ensure fair consideration for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Complementary to Therapy: We believe in collaboration and recognize that coaching complements traditional therapy rather than replacing it. Our goal is to work alongside your existing therapeutic relationships to provide additional support and resources for your mental wellness journey.
